The Work Loft.
Co-working Space.
A New Pedagogy.
New Providence, BS
The concept of Co-Working spaces, while popular in most large cities, has not yet taken off in The Bahamas.
The client, owners of a strip shop mall in Cable Beach, wanted to explore the concept in an unused 5,000 sq.ft. walk up space by installing an elevator and organizing the work spaces around a community forum area anchored by a Starbucks coffee cafe.
TAS designed a full service facility which meets all of the owners requirements and pushes all of the service buttons.
"Our Mission is to deliever exceptional design ideas and solutions for our clients through the creative blending of human need, environmental stewardship, value creation, science and art."
