Located in Westward Villas one of the original open developments of Cable Beach.
This project consists of a townhouse duplex one of which is occupied by the owner.
Because of its location and being surrounded by established older homes, the design presented a challenge of deference to its neighbors while meeting the owners brief for a home with a decidedly modern vibe.
