The Sign Man, a sign manufacturing company, wanted to double their production space in order to accommodate an increase in work load volume and sign sizes.
This design seek to achieve this objective along with general improvements to the existing building.
It also incorporated a new and fresh company design identity which shares characteristics of an actual sign.
