The owners commissioned TAS to convert the property into a high end living accommodations for visiting dignitaries
and diplomats.
With its two hundred feet of wide public beach, security of its occupants was an important consideration. The property boasts generous ballrooms, public entertainment spaces, luxurious suites and resort commercial quality support facilities.
