Harbourside is an adaptive reuse project using the existing envelope of the old Columbus Hotel on Bay Street.

 

Designed in the style of city lofts, the owners are hopeful that the project will serve as a kickstarter for further redevelopment of this unique and valuable part of the downtown Nassau district.
